HOW TO SIGN UP
1) Sign Up 

2) SUBMIT A DEPOSIT OF $100 (See Payment Details Below)

3) LIABILITY WAIVER  
Note: Once you submit this form you are liable for total cost if we cannot fill the spot.

4) Hidden Lake WAIVER (will be coming)

PAYMENT DETAILS $100 Deposit by January 22 (Refundable IF we can fill your spot)       
- Make checks payable to Christ Our King - Memo: "Hidden Lake Camp"       
- Please drop off a check in the front office or beach house at Christ Our King Catholic Church 
Venmo (@christourkingmtpl) and put “Camp Hidden Lake” in the “What’s this for” box.
