HOW TO SIGN UP
1) Sign-up 

2) SUBMIT A DEPOSIT OF $100 (See Payment Details Below)

3) LIABILITY WAIVER
   Note: Once you submit this form you are held liable for total cost if we are not able to fill the spot.

4) Covecrest WAIVER (will be coming)
Covecrest rafting (will be coming)

PAYMENT DETAILS
$100 Deposit by January 22 (Refundable IF we can fill your spot)
        - Make checks payable to Christ Our King - Memo: "Covecrest Camp"
        - Please drop off a check to the front office or beach house at Christ Our King Catholic Church
Venmo (@christourkingmtpl) and put “Covecrest Camp” in the “What’s this for” box.
 
Total Cost = $875 Total Cost Due April 30th
