Who: All rising Freshmen - Graduated Seniors
When: July 21, 8:00am-3:00pm

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP: Monday, July 19
Where: We are meeting at the Diocesan Chancery: 901 Orange Grove Road. We will then send groups out to various project sites - Laundry Matters, St. John's Catholic School, The Pauline Book Store, and Tri-County Family Ministries.
Transportation: During the event, our chaperones will drive their assigned group to their project site. Everyone is responsible for arranging their own drop-off and pick-up to the Chancery. Drop-off by 8am, and pick-up at 3pm.
Cost: $15 per person. This cost will cover each person's lunch and also some supplies that we need for a few of the project sites.
What to Bring:

$15 cash or check (make checks payable to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church)

Projects could include:

Providing free laundry services to the people who are homeless

Playing games with children

Landscaping

Preparing lunch for a soup kitchen

Delivering Bag Lunches to people who are homeless

The day will also include time for discussion and prayer.
Schedule:
8:00am - Meet at the chancery for opening prayer and send-off
8:30am - Divide into different groups and leave for various project sites.
12:30pm - Lunch and social time at the Chancery
1:45pm - Processing the Day
2:30pm - Closing Prayer
3:00pm - Pick up
