COST: $800 (If you are not able to cover the entire cost, please do not hesitate to ask for assistance. We have scholarship money and generous donors who are willing to help.)

bus transportation, 3-nights in a hotel, Steubenville Conference fee,
meals while at the conference, t-shirt,
& a ticket to go to Universal Studios (Monday)

A deposit of $200 is due April 3rd

Once you put a deposit in your spot will be reserved. You are responsible for the full amount once your deposit is in.
If later on, your child can not attend, ONLY if we can fill the spot will you be reimbursed.
FINAL DEPOSIT
Due June 3rd
The final deposit of $600 for this trip is due on June 3rd.

While you have already filled out our diocese's liability form upon registration,
Steubenville requires an additional liability form.
Fortunately, it is electronic and it only takes a couple of minutes to complete.
Make sure to have your health insurance information when you fill it out.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Due JUNE 3rd
Attending the Steubenville ATL Youth Conference is a wonderful opportunity to grow closer to Christ over the course of the weekend. In order for everyone to have a chance to do this we ask that all teens have proper behavior while on this trip. We ask that a parent goes over the Code of Conduct form with his/her teen & both sign the form.
Please turn in the Code of Conduct form at the Steubenville ATL Meeting.

This is a MANDATORY meeting for all teens & at least one parent.
This meeting will allow teens to meet everyone going on the trip, go over the details of the trip,
& allow us to gather together in prayer.
